Q BUILD was rebuilt from the ground up and reopened in March 2019 as a mixed-use complex of offices, a showroom and its own car park. A glazed lift core connects every floor and ties the office wing to the hall at ground level.
A typical floor runs to just over 270 m². The central core means it can be divided to suit — a single office for a handful of people, or a whole floor for an entire team. The specification is genuinely above the local standard: acoustic glazing, acoustic ceilings and floors, monitored ventilation, external shading and full LED lighting throughout.
