Who processes your data

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form or by e-mail:

• your name
• your e-mail address
• your phone number, if you give one
• the content of your message, including the space you are interested in

Why we process it

So that we can reply to you and, where relevant, arrange a viewing. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, or pre-contractual negotiation where we are discussing a specific lease.

How long we keep it

Form messages are kept for no more than 24 months after our last exchange. If an enquiry leads to a lease, retention follows the statutory periods for contractual and accounting records.

Who we share it with

Nobody, for marketing purposes. Your message reaches our mailbox through our e-mail and hosting provider, which acts as a processor on our behalf. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and loads nothing from third-party services. Fonts are served from our own server, so visiting the site sends no data anywhere else. That is also why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

The server hosting the site keeps standard operational logs (IP address, time of access, page requested) for security and diagnostics. These logs are rotated and deleted automatically.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• request access to the data we hold about you
• ask for it to be corrected or erased
• restrict or object to its processing
• withdraw consent at any time
• lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority
